Guild Rules; Section D

Enforcement of these rules is carried out by the guilds High Council (refer to the Ranks page for more info). All related disciplinary actions are made at their discretion and judgements should be presumed as final unless told otherwise. In exceptional cases, the Enlightened (@Azurhaea) may intervene, but the High Council are trusted to manage the guild at all times.

Our members are expected to be aware of these rules at all times. While you are obviously not required to memorise them, please refer to them if you have any doubts about how our guild runs.

D: Forum Rules

This section applies to all parts of our website that fall under the forums.

  • Ranks in our forums are tied directly to those in-game and in the TeamSpeak 3 Server. In a similar fashion to our voice server, anyone may join our forums with restricted access to its boards. The Englightened (@Azurhaea) and the High Council are emailed when a new member signs up, and it’s their job to check whether you are a member of the guild. Once your membership has been verified, you will be assigned a matching rank in the forums, which will grant you access to that rank’s visible boards.

  • Your forums username must match your ESO account name. This is to avoid confusion and to allow for your guild membership to be verified.

  • Try to place your new threads into the closest-matching discussion board. Please have a look through all of the available boards and find one that fits your subject. Incorrectly placed threads may be moved by the High Council

  • In keeping with our guild’s policies, discussions must be friendly, polite and civil and must not contain any kind of illegal or otherwise unpleasant material. The High Council members have the ability to moderate all content in the forums, as well as delete threads/individual posts and ban offending members.

  • Copyrighted material must be appropriately credited.

  • Forums profile pictures must be clean. Profile pictures that contain any kind of unpleasant content (such as pornography, gore, racism etc.) will be deleted and a warning or punishment may be issued by a member of the High Council.

  • Competition events require a forum account & an ESO account. Competition events outside of the game, require a forum account and an in-game account to enter. Entry fees are paid by in-game gold, and rewards will be in-game gold to the winners.
